Welcome to the Autumnwood Homeowner's Association web page. Autumnwood is a beautiful conservation development community within a pastoral setting located in Brunswick Hills Township, Ohio. With easy access to Interstate 71 and the Ohio Turnpike, our homeowners association boasts the best of both worlds. Choose from everything the city has to offer: abundant shopping, excellent schools and libraries, golf courses, recreational opportunities, churches, theaters, and then return home to enjoy Autumnwood’s park-like setting with common area open space, deed-restricted wetland preserves, tranquil streams, and a natural pond, as well as “Tot lot” playgrounds for our smaller residents.
Autumnwood residents continually delight in the many sights and sounds that living in Autumnwood has to offer...stars twinkling in the clear night sky, the far-off sound of a train in the still of the night, owls hooting, babbling streams, and a herd of deer disappearing into the woods, all within the winding streets of our charming community. Autumnwood is a great place for families as well as retirees. Additionally, Autumnwood offers maintenance free living to a small portion of homes located within the association referred to as the “Lifestyles Homeowners”, for those of us living a busy lifestyle and are unable to find the time to keep up with the daily maintenance of property ownership. Here the Lifestyles Homeowners are provided with snow removal and landscape maintenance services.
